- Any loss or damage to property that was not reported within 24 hours of the completion of the cleaning service.

We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance. Our cleaners are vetted and trained; however, the client is advised to secure or remove high-value items, cash, or irreplaceable sentimental jewelry prior to the commencement of service.
